I was the first two when I started. I passed the first one with a harsh two weeks project that I took my time crafting. After we put it in production, my smart ass learned nothing from the efforts the QA team put on the project. I just went and rewrote everything in a different framework just because I thought that would be better. The worst part, is that O shipped it and went to bed. The funny part, when they reported the problem I was so confident in my second work I was searching diligently for the issue. To later the manger asked did you change anything. Of course, I rewrote the whole thing. Boom! Just like that they said you little b***** we are a team we have to play together. I remember that moment and it was very cold and warm at the same time.
The second guy as well. There were times where I tried to do something better and get myself in rabbit whole. Can't get back nor I have the courage to state what I have messed up for us all. Luckily I was young so I pulled long nights of work to make things right or speed them up. However, sometimes life doesn't follow your rules. So I faced my death. I learned after that, that a good player must keep his team informed of his moves so they can assist him. Especially mangers since they face the big ignorant final bosses by themselves. You have to give them something sharp they can fight with.
The final guy, I met one or two.
