I was one of the first Pi miners when the project started. However, due to some problems with my previous phone, I stopped mining altogether. Recently, I remembered Pi and decided to reinstall the app. To my surprise, there were several new features, including the wallet and KYC verification.
I spent the entire month of December waiting to complete the checklist and migrate my Pi. However, the last three tasks were all related to this KYC process. After seeing the new grace period and finding little useful information from other posts, I decided to go through the app section by section.
Eventually, I reached the profile page, where I discovered that both my email address and phone number were unverified. I started with the email verification first.
